Welcome to our dynamic summer camp experience, designed from a mother’s heartfelt concern for her child’s holistic development and an educator’s passion for experiential learning. At our camp, children aged 2 to 10 embark on a journey across continents, engaging with diverse cultures through daily hands-on projects that foster creativity, teamwork, and a deep appreciation for global diversity. Our focus on collaborative projects and experiential learning means that every day introduces new materials, fun experiments, and art that tells a story – all under the watchful eye of trained staff, with strict safety protocols in place to ensure the well-being of every child.
Day 1: Asia – Paper Craft Dragon
Materials needed: colored paper, glue, scissors, markers, and decorative stickers.
Inspired by the rich cultural tapestry of China, Day 1 introduces a paper craft activity where children create their very own paper dragon. The project involves cutting, folding, and sticking pieces of paper to build a vibrant dragon that represents the spirit of Asia. Younger children are guided through basic cutting and pasting tasks, while older children are encouraged to add their artistic touches and even design the dragon’s facial expressions.
Developmentally, this activity enhances fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creative expression. It teaches children how to follow multi-step instructions and work with peers to share materials and ideas. Our educators ensure that all tools are safe for the youngest campers by using child-safe scissors and non-toxic glue. Supervision is constant, with a focus on individual attention and group collaboration.

Day 2: Antarctica – Sensory Snow Experiment & Penguin Art
Materials needed: baking soda, shaving cream2, glass bottles, and paint for decoration.
On the chilly theme of Antarctica, children learn about snow and icy landscapes by making their own fake snow. This fun experiment doubles as a sensory play activity, where children mix ingredients and observe how textures change. They then use the fake snow to craft and decorate a plastic bottle, transforming it into a creative penguin art project.
The activity encourages sensory exploration and scientific curiosity, as children observe the change in materials when combined. Benefits include enhancing tactile sensory skills and introducing basic scientific concepts like mixtures and states of matter. Strict supervision ensures that all experiments are conducted safely, with every step carefully explained and monitored, especially for the younger group who need extra guidance with tools and substances.
Day 3: Africa – Tribal Woman Modern Art Canvas
Materials needed: canvas boards, acrylic paints, brushes, and decorative elements for collage works.
This day celebrates the vibrant art and cultural heritage of Africa. Children learn about tribal art traditions by creating a modern art piece on a canvas, inspired by the imagery of powerful tribal women. The activity involves a mix of painting and collage, allowing kids to explore diverse textures and colors that reflect African artistry.
Through this project, children develop an appreciation for cultural diversity while honing their motor skills and creative vision. The activity reinforces lessons on color theory and design while involving teamwork in sharing ideas on how to animate the canvas. Our attentive educators ensure that all art supplies are safe and non-toxic, maintaining a watchful eye during the entire creative process.

Day 4: North America – American Flag Tin Wind Blower
Materials needed: tin cans, paint, paper strips, glue, and star motifs.
Day 4 transports the children to North America. In this project, the campers create tin wind blowers using a design influenced by the American flag. The process involves painting the tin, cutting paper strips in the pattern of the flag, and assembling the pieces to craft a unique wind-powered art piece.
Participants benefit from developing their construction skills, spatial awareness, and understanding of balance as they work through the assembly process. The project is specially designed to ignite conversations about tradition, innovation, and the symbolism of national pride. Safety is paramount, with secure handling of materials and tools under strict adult supervision, ensuring that every participant enjoys a safe and engaging creative process.
Day 5: South America – Glitter Orchid Flowers
Materials needed: glitter, paints, paper, floral templates, and brushes.
In South America’s vibrant ecosystem, children craft orchid flowers using glitter painting techniques. This activity encourages children to explore vibrant colors and artistic expression while learning about the diverse flora of the continent. With guided templates, each child creates an orchid painting that sparkles with creativity.
This lesson in art and botany enhances fine motor skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions creatively. The use of glitter and paint also introduces children to texture contrast and layering techniques, valuable for tactile and visual learning. Our staff diligently manages all art supplies and oversees the project to ensure that the materials used are appropriate and safe for all ages.

Day 6: Europe – String Art Eiffel Tower
Materials needed: wooden pallets, string in various colors, nails, and pre-drawn templates.
Europe comes alive on Day 6 as campers recreate the iconic Eiffel Tower using string art on a wooden pallet. Children engage in a delicate process of placing nails along a guideline and weaving colored strings to form the structure of the tower. This intricate project invites kids to learn about European landmarks and the rich history behind each one.
The activity significantly boosts concentration, pattern recognition, and problem-solving abilities. It pushes children to collaborate on spatial projects, share ideas, and work as a team, especially when adjusting string tension or aligning the nails for a perfect structure. Safety is rigorously maintained, particularly where nails and wooden pallets are involved, with constant adult supervision ensuring every piece is secure and every child is guided safely through the process.

Day 7: Traditional Cooking – Making Buttermilk from Curd
Materials needed: curd, water, mixing bowls, and traditional nutmeg or spices (optional).
Emphasizing a multi-sensory learning experience beyond art and science, Day 7 takes children into the kitchen to learn traditional cooking techniques by making buttermilk from curd. This hands-on culinary activity explains the process of fermentation and introduces children to the basics of kitchen science.
Through this experience, children learn about healthy eating habits, the science of food, and the importance of following recipes with precision. This project not only fosters independence and responsibility in the kitchen, but it also creates an avenue for discussing cultural dietary traditions across continents. Safety protocols include proper hygiene practices, use of child-friendly utensils, and close monitoring by both educators and parent volunteers during all cooking phases.

Day 8: Environment-Friendly Global Earth – Planting and Nurturing
Materials needed: seeds, small plant pots, organic soil, water cans, and gardening gloves.
This interactive session revolves around environmental stewardship. Children engage in the exciting process of planting seeds and nurturing them into growing plants. The activity is designed to teach them about the importance of caring for the environment and the interconnectedness of all living things on Earth.
By engaging in this eco-friendly activity, children develop a caring attitude towards nature, improve their sense of responsibility, and learn basic scientific concepts related to plant life. The activity is supported by hands-on guidance to ensure kids understand the importance of proper watering, sunlight exposure, and maintenance, all under strict supervision. Additionally, our educators remind the campers to wash their hands after handling soil, ensuring a clean and safe learning environment.

Day 9: Australia – Kangaroo Art Tote Bag
Materials needed: plain tote bags, fabric paint, brushes, water bottle holder materials, and kangaroo stencils.
This day focuses on Australia, where the camp’s creative minds design and paint kangaroo art on tote bags that double as water bottle holders. Children learn about the unique animals of Australia and the importance of sustainable, reusable items in everyday life.
This project integrates artistic expression with practical application. Children learn how to transfer designs onto fabric, mix colors, and create reusable art that they can be proud of. The process teaches creativity, environmental responsibility, and resourcefulness. Throughout the session, educators ensure that all fabric paints are hypoallergenic and non-toxic, and that children are supervised especially when handling small stencils and brushes, to maintain a safe workspace for all age groups.
